Unsaturated Polyester Resins are engineered for reliable performance across FRP  applications, from everyday laminates to demanding industrial and railway  components. These resins combine consistent reactivity, controlled viscosity and good  wetout to help fabricators achieve predictable mechanical properties and high-quality  surface finish. 

  • General Purpose Ortho Resins General purpose orthophthalic resins are  ideal for costeDective laminates where good strength, processability and surface  appearance are required. They are widely used for boats, panels, tanks and consumer  FRP parts, oDering fast cure, good fibre wetout and compatibility with hand layup,  sprayup and basic closedmould processes. 
  • Isophthalic & Process Resins Isophthalic resins deliver higher  mechanical strength, better hydrolytic stability and improved chemical and weather  resistance compared with standard ortho grades. They are suitable for pultrusion,  RTM/infusion and other modern closedmould processes, enabling thin, strong profiles  and large structural parts. Isophthalic process resins are tuned for consistent flow,  reduced exotherm and faster demoulding, supporting highthroughput industrial  production.
  • Speciality & Fire-Retardant Resins For critical sectors like rail and mass  transit, VBR oDers fire-retardant and vinylester systems that help meet stringent flame,  smoke and toxicity requirements while remaining process-friendly for closed mould  technologies. Options include roof-lite and other FR grades for translucent sheets and  safety components, as well as bisphenol and vinylester resins where superior chemical,  thermal and fatigue resistance is needed.
